Sažetak
The paper elaborates the models of air traffic infrastructure management, divided into segments of airport and carrier operative and the air traffic control operative. By studying and by means of comparison analysis of the existing management models at the regional and global level, paper analyses the extent to which the ownership structure of the company determines the business policy, as well as the development orientation at a strategic level. Finally, the status of air traffic in Croatia is evaluated according to the relevant criteria: regulative, infrastructure and management, as well as the possible guidelines of further development in accordance to the strategic orientation of joining the European Union.
