Sažetak
Selected aspects of the physics of the complex of η' and η mesons is presented. The breaking of the U_A (1) symmetry of QCD by the gluon, non-abelian axial anomaly is discussed. It should be at least partially restored at high temperatures and densities. A particular scenario is presented, where its restoration is driven by the restoration of the flavor SU(3)_A chiral symmetry.
