Sažetak
All construction processes are served. Some construction processes are served in way they have a massive character. Transporting on construction sites by means of tower cranes is not an independent process, but rather it is a process which depends both on the moment of picking up the load and the moment of releasing the load. This process has been studied here with the aim of discovering its total efficiency. The objective of modeling the functioning of production chains of a construction process, within which transporting is carried out by means of tower cranes, is to determine quantitative data for each state of the production chain which has a significant effect on the degree of the production chain efficiency. The analytic model of massive serving in a closed shape was applied in working, with a final number of clients
