Sažetak
Collocations and phrases in ancient legal texts of Austrian and Croatian Criminal Procedure Codes represent the main object of this research. The goal of the research is to discover which collocations and phrases are used in Austrian ancient law and to determine the extent of concordance of those structures with their equivalents in Croatian version of the same law, as well as their frequency in each law. The results will be compared to the results of the analysis of the phraseology used in modern versions of the two laws, both published in 2006. The comparison should indicate to which extent social and political changes within the period of 130 years influenced the phraseology of criminal procedure in German and Croatian language of law.
