Sažetak
Retailing, as a segment of the service economy, is a labour intensive activity. In retailing, we can apply the rule that human labour cannot be substituted by mechanized work in the measure possible with material production. The application of modern retailing Technology, up to the limits of automated sales, opens a number of economic-ethical questions. Business people in retailing are trying to slow down the trend of rising sale costs within the structure of retailing costs by discovering new Technology and sale forms
