NW Neo-Tethys is constrained by Alpine Wilson cycle from Middle Permian to the present time. It comprise distinctive phases ; rifting, oceanization, subduction, collision and post-collision. Each phase is characterized by minerogenetic processes producing different ore deposits. The special publication of Geologia Croatica is devoted to past prof Ivan Jurković.
