Sažetak
The paper focuses on the issue of establishing international jurisdiction in contractual disputes on the internet. After providing the analysis of the Brussels I provisions on jurisdiction over consumer disputes, prorogation of jurisdiction and jurisdiction in matters relating to a contract, the paper discusses the problem of adapting those jurisdictional rules to the internet context.
