Sažetak
The materials in the printing industry tend to the higher possible environmental sustainability and closure of the circular flow of the production. With the development of nanotechnology and analytical methods is growing interest in nanomaterials. Nanotechnology enables the design of new printing substrates that have more favourable properties then the classic printing substrates. Nanocellulose as material was discovered at the end of the last century, but its higher production and application dates five years ago. Various forms of the nanocellulose such as paper, film, coating, foam and composites have been increasingly used as a printing substrate or packaging materials. In the paper will be a special review of the environmental characteristics nanomaterials.
