Sažetak
The classicistic manor Januševec from the fi rst half of the 19th century, located 17 km from Zagreb, is used as an example to point out the possible integral approaches and methods of revitalization of cultural heritage. The revitalization of the manor is seen from the urban planning as well as from the architectural point of view. The research is conducted through four spatial levels or four different models – wider spatial (regional) level, level of the village in which the manor is located, manor assembly as a historical and spatial whole and fi nally the manor and the individual buildings. Depending on the level and scale of the space, factors of identity are noted and used to defi ne criteria and select the possible scenarios of revitalization.
