Sažetak
The genus Delminichthys includes four endemic species from Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina: Delminichthys ghetaldii, D. adspersus, D. jadovensis and D. krbavensis. The objectives of this study were to examine these species and establish whether there are morphological differences among species and their populations. The study was conducted on eight rivers and springs: Jadova, Vrljika, Matica, Prolosko Blato, Krbava, Ombla, Dabarsko Polje and Fatnicko Polje. Differences were revealed among species in morphometric, meristic and external morphology traits and in the diagnostic values of traits traditionally used for Delminichthys species determination.
