Sažetak
The paper analyses cultural remembrance of a girl from the city of Zagreb at the beginning of the twentieth century, which is not “fiction” but “truth”, since it takes into consideration an autobiographic form – a diary written in the period from 1911 to 1912. The paper deals with a less known Croatian literary text in Croatian children literature by the author Zora Ruklić. Cultural remembrance is related to both people and events – to the the actress Marija Ružička Strozzi and the play The Death of the Jugovićs’ Motherand to Bishop Juraj Dobrila and the speech he gave in the Music Institute.
