Sažetak
This textbook is the basic literature for course Sociology of work and professional ethics, taught at Faculty of civil engineering, University of Zagreb. The textbook consist of three parts. The first part presents basic terms and history of work. The second part applies results of investigations in the field of sociology of work on real working environment and gives the most important knowledge for future managers, especially managers in construction. The last part explains professional and business ethics.
