Sažetak
Reordered strategic environment has reintroduced the small-states security dilemma by underscoring the reality of Russia's resurrection as a military active revisionist power. Therefore small CEE states will not be able to count on the continued military inactivity of Russia or the inherent effectiveness of the U.S. security umbrella.
