Sažetak
In presentation, an introduction to Cyber-Physical System is given with focus on Human Centered Production in Cyber-Physical Production Systems. Analysis of the current state of Croatian manufacturing industry regarding techniques, organization and personnel is presented. To increase competency of personnel a concept of Learning Factory is presented.
