Sažetak
Many countries around the world are facing increasing demands on their resources for the maintenance of existing motorway structures. Faced with limited resources, the authorities have to prioritize the work. For this purpose, it is necessary that structures are inspected and assessed at regular time intervals, according to prescribed procedures. Asset management systems are developed to assist in reaching decisions related to carrying out maintenance and management activities. The paper shall describe current developments in asset management system for Croatian Motorways that addresses and integrates management of 7 types of motorway assets: bridges, tunnels, pavements, drainage, geotechnical structures, other roadway components and building – discussing and analyzing inventory, inspection, condition assessment and prioritization modules.
