Sažetak
When it comes to “political challenges”, which are reflected in the Europe of today, one should most certainly bear in mind numerous legal consequences which disintegration of a state or of a federal state, such as Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the creation of new states in Europe, such as the latest EU Member State, namely Republic of Croatia, have upon rights of private individuals, meaning citizens of that state and today's’ EU citizens.
