Sažetak
The chapter underlines that parties to the Convention increasingly aim to strengthen the value chain of creation, production, distribution and enjoyment of cultural goods and services. While many parties have reformed their cultural policies and have created new measures and mechanisms, still more progress is required in order to achieve visible progress in implementing the Convention.
