Sažetak
Presumptions on which the decision theories are based have been in the focus of this paper ; especiallz the presumption of rationality, complexity of decision making frame and precision in model formulation. The interest is mainly due to the fact that the succes of many present methods as well as procedures for decision making depends on the harmonization of these presumptions with the reality.
