Sažetak
9th International Conference ''Competence of Laboratories 2013'' organized by CROLAB is taking place from 6th to 9th of November 2013 in Opatija. For the first time conference will be accompanied by ''Regional Conformity Assessment Workshop’’ supported by the EU/EFTA-funded project Quality Infrastructure in the Western Balkans and Turkey. CROLAB, Croatian analytical (KAL), calibration (KUL), testing (KIL) and inspection (KIC) laboratories association, organize this international Conference to highlight the need for continuous satisfaction of technical and organizational requests for achieving laboratory competence and their sustainability at national and EU market. Up today CROLAB has more than 180 members with increasing trend. Here is the Proceedings wich contains the papers that have contributed greatly to the scientific and research activities, expert and professional work. The selected topics of the conference included: ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION CONFORMITY ASSESSMENT OF PRODUCTS IN EU- EXPERIENCE OF CROATIAN NOTIFY BODIES EU FUNDS THE ROLE OF LABORATORIES IN SAFETY AND QUALITY OF FOOD INTERLABORATORY COMPARISONS A number of received papers was grouped in on the part as oral presentation and the other part represented the poster section.
