Sažetak
A small airway obstruction is common finding during routine pulmonary function testing. The attitudes about this problem are different, whether it is disorder or not. Because oft he structure oft he small airways (strong muscle, without cartilagenous or membraneous part, with mucous rich with blood vessels and mast cells), we presume that changes which cause the obstruction oft he small airways could cause the bronchial hyperreactivity as well.
