Sažetak
"Cognitive Autonomous Diving budDY - CADDY" is an FP7-ICT Cognitive robotics project coordinated by UNIZG-FER. The main task of the project is to develop new methodologies and technical systems in the area of underwater robotics that will be able to replace human diving buddies. This paper will focus on reporting the validation trials that will take place within the project lifetime. Specifically, these trials will include validation of the autonomous surface vehicle that serves as a “private satellite” for the diver, autonomous underwater vehicle that has the function of the robotic diving buddy, and the underwater tablet that is used as an interface between the diver and the robotic system.
