Sažetak
Anaerobic co-digestion of cow manure and corn silage was performed in 300 L bioreactor operated in semi-continuous mode. Two different type of silage were used in the process: corn silage after ensilage process and corn silage biologically pretreated with T. versicolor. The pilot plant was situated in the area of cow farm and biogas factory (Osatina Ltd., Croatia) ensuring daily addition of fresh substrates. pH, temperature, biogas flow rate and composition was continuously measured. Detail study on the chemical composition of the substrates and digestate was done. The aim of the study was to investigate the influence of the addition of biologically pretreated corn silage in the combination with cow manure in order to enhance the biogas productivity that is performed on industrial scale in biogas factory.
