Sažetak
Although blended courses are not a novelty, blending an entire programme would be an innovation for the University of Applied Sciences Baltazar Zaprešić, Croatia. After embarking on a blended learning adventure which at its pilot stage in the winter semester included five courses at the third year of the undergraduate level programme of Cultural Management and six courses of the graduate specialist programme of Communications Management, an analysis of the technical aspect of the courses was carried out, as well as an analysis of the instructional design. Also, the results show whether the learning outcomes are clearly defined, whether assignment instructions are unambiguous and easy to understand and whether assessment criteria are clear and well-structured. The communicational aspect and resources are analysed as well. The results of the research will serve as the basis for making the decision whether to blend the entire programme or not and which changes to implement.
