Sažetak
Concrete as the most used material in the construction industry can be with proper preparation, construction and use say that will meet the requirements of sustainable construction. Concrete is product, which produce locally and with short transport routes, which means acceptable to extract the CO2 and energy consumption and in its composition can be used alternative materials to replace cement, mostly by-products of industry because development of concrete technology brings new alternative solutions from production to installation and curing of concrete. This paper presents an overview of the use of alternative materials as cement replacement and / or concrete additive.
