Sažetak
The paper made a critical analysis of process models ingot straightening and showing deficiencies models. Also presents a physical model of the process of straightening ingot and executed thermal design rational configuration process channel continuous casting billets. Calculated procedure involves three stages: (I) calculation of the temperature field in the cross section of the ingot to determine the position of the low-temperature and high- temperature boundaries of temperature range of fragility, (II) calculations position of reference points the trajectory straightening ingot, (III) calculating the radius of curvature at the boundaries the calculated areas
