Sažetak
This research represents the first comprehensive study of the Black-headed Bunting Emberiza melanocephala, the least studied European bunting. My aims were to investigate the Black-headed Bunting population densities and habitat requirements, to describe vocalizations, to define mating system and describe breeding biology as well as to analyse nest survival and nestling growth and finally to describe morphometric traits with the respect to mating success.
