Sažetak
As we are witnesses of considerable and ongoing changes in university education in recent years, mainly influenced by the advent of electronic technology, it is imperative that IAMU (International Association of Maritime Universities) community considers how technology-enabled education opportunities can be brought more fully into the university education system and lifelong education. Challenges for the maritime universities and roles of the IAMU have been identified and discussed.
