Sažetak
Motivation of employees in any company is one of the key factors for achieving the best possible production and business results. Motivated employees work better, faster and more effective and that is the main reason for conducting this research. The research was conducted in Croatian wood processing company in a survey using questionnaire with different groups of questions. The goal of the research was to establish which motivating factors are the most important to employees and what was the level of satisfaction of employees with those factors in company.
