Sažetak
The author presents and analyzes the P&I cover repatriation costs of the crew member under the P&I clubs rules before and after entering into force of the Maritime Labour Convention (2006) on international level (20 August 2013) pointing to the necessity of amendments to the relevant P&I clubs rules in relation to the following insurance period.
