Sažetak
Transition is an especially vulnerable period and incentives to commit widespread and systematic economic crimes are enticing. Are these crimes serious enough to serve as incentive for introducing a special model of asset recovery “just for them”, even when these crimes are statute barred? How to confiscate even despite the statute of limitations?
