The presentation focused on determining the most appropriate mechanisms of recognition of victim status and for securing adequate and efficient reparation regime for vicitmso of wartime sexual violence in Coratia. Presentation was based not just on analysis of comparative models and international standards, but also on an on-going empirical research conducted in Croatia which aims to identify actual vicitms and their needs
