Sažetak
The newly modified FAAS method was found applicable to simultaneous determination of Cu and Zn from deproteinized, 5-fold diluted, childrens sera, using calibrant solution in 0.6 mol dm-3 HCl, for both analytes. The method is simple and cheap, providing comparable analytical performances to that of the reference methods, but lower consumption of sera and higher throughput.
