Sažetak
The topic of this thesis is the role of geoinformation in crisis situations, with special emphasis on 3D models. Different types of maps and mapping in all phases of crisis management are elaborated, as well as application of 3D models in crisis situations. The task of the practical part of the thesis was to produce a 3D cartographic model of part of Student town in Sofia, Bulgaria, as well as 3D symbols that can be used in crisis. The produced symbols are used for showing evacuation route in case of earthquake.

The task of this thesis was to make a 3D cartographic model for the needs of crisis management. The model was made during the student exchange program Erasmus+ at the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy in Sofia, Bulgaria, where Marina spent summer semester of the academic year 2014/15 under the supervision of prof. dr. eng. Temenoujka Bandrova.
