Sažetak
The intracluster homogeneity is one of the most challenging issue in cluster sampling. The main goal of the research is to study to what extent are the survey costs influenced by different homogeneity rates. In order to calculate rates of homogeneity, simple random sampling and two- stage cluster sampling designs in estimating proportions were used. The research has shown that lower survey costs are achieved when the intracluster homogeneity is lower.
