Sažetak
Among the personnel to which an extremly life- endangering and stressful task of bomb clearing in the Danubian region of Croatia has been entrusted of chronic stress, even in a few members, could be paralite the efficiency of a whole team, which in urn can lead to major stress and fatal accident in the field. The Ministry of Defence's Department for MilitaryPsychology has created the - Psychological Support and Ventilation Program intended for those teams. The poster is to present the Program including the results obtained.
