Sažetak
The research was performed on the sample of 100 persons with initially severe traumatic brain injury according to Glasgow coma scale. The research covered clinical examination and a survey consisted of GCS and functional independence measure (FIM). Participants were followed up 3-5 years after TBI. Cognitive FIM was in average recovered worse than motor FIM. We concluded that the main reasons for dependence and need for the assistance in ADL is due to neurocognitive and neurobehavioral deficits.
