Napomena
PK20150144 The system of remote control of the automatic detection of ship’s ballast water via satellite communication from land enables an inspection of the purity and quality of ship’s ballast water remotely from land before a ship enters a port in which the cargo will be loaded. The system includes the assembly A of the system that is located on land and the assembly B of the system that is located on board a ship. Electronic devices (2) in the assembly (A), control, remotely, via satellite communication (3), through the electronic devices (5) in the assembly (B) valves (9) on the tank (8) with ballast water, the pump (10) delivering the ballast water to the device (D) for the automatic sampling and detection of ballast water by means of the flow cytometer (16). The electronic device (17) sends the ballast water detection results through the electronic devices (5) remotely via satellite communications to the assembly (A) on land that issues a certificate of the quality and purity of the detected ship’s ballast water to the port authorities that grant or refuse to grant a ship to enter a port. The system according to this invention is autonomous in relation to the ship’s crew and eliminates a possibility that the members of the ship’s crew influence the control of the ballast water, and it excludes the possibility of concealing a possible defect or irregular operation of the device for ballast water purification.
