Sažetak
The course Spirituality in social work is one of the applied methods for the Bibliodrama. The method applies the last two years on studies of Social Work in Zagreb, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina Mostar. Bibliodrama is a method of team work. There is no single human life situation that had not already been recorded in the Bible. Therefore, participants in bibliodrama introduce their own life experience in the biblical text, deepening that biblical text by deeply integrating their own lives in it, and that way become more conscious of their own reality and strengthened. Bibliodrama is in social work applied to work of professionals themselves, to help them build their own personality, and in their professional work in situations when they have to solve various problem situations or cope with stressful situations at work. Bibliodrama can be used to work with different user groups in different areas of social work. An important dimension of bibliodrama is that it involves the whole man on all four levels: cognitive, emotional, spiritual and social. Theoretical knowledge about bibliodrama in this paper is applied on work with elder people as both users and participants of the group. Theoretical knowledge bibliodrame in this paper are applied in working with students. An external evaluation of students at the response to the course was 4.9. With the consent of the students we worked qualitative content analysis on their introspective reflections and get the thematic areas of applicability of the method to their own knowledge and skills and professional applicability in various fields of social work.
