Sažetak
The purpose of our study was to determine whether genes involved in the organisation of the stem cell nice were dysregulated in patients with primary myelofibrosis. Our finding suggests that treatment with lenalidomide plus prednisone up-regulates SOCS3 while several other genes show aberrant expression.
