Sažetak
Because of the increased need for the new technologies in machining, there is a need for mutual cooperation of experts in the field of mechatronics and machining. The fact is that there is a large share of old machines in the surroundings of Bjelovar, but also the entire Croatia, that are very precise, but have very low productivity (bad control unit). Example of cooperation [1] equipment manufacturer (Siemens), higher education institution (Technical College in Bjelovar), manufacturing companies in Bjelovar and the surrounding area, as well as timely involvement of students in the whole process of work [2], it is considered that it is possible to make a significant step forward in terms of this segment of the Croatian economy.
