Sažetak
In this work the authors shall endeavor to address the problem of "Albanian Question" in Yugoslav historiographic literature. Authors will illustrate the common view of Yugoslav Historiography on the development of "Albanian Question" in Yugoslavia by researching different methodologies, comparison of different opinions, analysis and argumentation in Yugoslav scientific output in the period between 1945 and 1990. Authors conclude that the mentioned opinions were mostly in line with the official stances of the Central Committee of the League of Communists of Yugoslavia and other League institutions. Only a few authors view the "Albanian Question" in a more objective and rational perspective which differ from the official political stands of the State/League. However, such authors start voicing their views only during the 1980s. They believe that although "Albanian Question" displays a certain amount of Irredentism, it stems from mainly economic and political reasons. In the development of the topic the authors focus on phenomena which marked the history of Albanian People: phenomenon of islamization, national consciousness and econo- political exploitation.
