Sažetak
The heat stretching phenomenon is often use in the processes of disassembling the compact metal assemblies. By using of the electronic induction heater, the assembly heating can be easy, fast and clear. By choosing the right frequency and power rate of the induction heater it is possible to heats only the desire metal zone, so the generated heat is produce only useful stretching. Principles of induction heating and the analysis of the related parameters are given. The benefits of induction heating are shown on the application of the induction heater of type SFGR 200kW, 1000Hz. The heater is applied for disassembling of the bearing collar during the service of generator in the ŤHE ĐALEť power plant.
