Sažetak
Sixteen allergens of our house-dust, tested by the qualitative method of immunodiffusion, showed a marked precipitogenic relationship. Precipitation tires of the series tested ranged between 20 and 350. The series of house-dust allergens with precipitation tires over 20 gave a reaction of blueing in PCA-test in guinea-pigs. The house-dust allergen series 22 that gave the lowest precipitation title - 20 showed also the smallest average urticaria on the patients' skin. The average skin reaction caused by the other allergen series of higher title were more intense. Joinery-dust showed no cross-relationship with house-dust allergen in none of the test methods used.
