Sažetak
Between March and September 1999 sediment meiofauna communities were researched at three littoral sites of Lake Sakadaš (Kopački rit Nature Park). At the sites studied meiofauna diversity and abundance were similar. There were 11 meiofauna groups found at site 1, 9 at site 2 and 13 at site 3, with a high dominance of nematodes at all sites. The data recorded indicate that the low concentration of dissolved oxygen in the bottom water (0.91-2.54 mgO2/L) did not significantly influence the meiofauna abundance and diversity.
