Sažetak
The method is based on the fact that the transient thermal impedance can be approximated by a sum of exponential functions. If the approximation curve does not pass through the measured points, it has probably been inaccurately determined.Investigation of the course of the transient thermal impedance involved 201 selected semiconductor devices. Typical cases of measurement inaccuracies are illustrated.
