Sažetak
The year of 2015 can be seen as a milestone for the development cooperation, whose paradigm shift, refocus and new developmental goals are needed. The presentation deals with the perspective of the Republic of Croatia, which became official donor in 2011 and, in spite of limited financial potentials, the country has developed knowledge and experience through the long-term cooperation with developing countries as a part of former Yugoslav federation. Experiences of IRMO in development cooperation were especially stressed.
