Sažetak
The heart rate was measured on a sample of 45 girls and 38 boys aged 13 with Polar M52 HR monitors during the F6 endurance test. There were not any significant differences between boys ande girls in the average HR. How ever, a large HR range indicates big individual differences. The average HR for girls was 194 bpm and 192 bpm for boys. The resting heart rate was practically the same for both sexes – 72 bpm. In calculating the average intensities HR reserve was taken into consideration. The biggest differences were faound in the test results: the boys ran 190 meter more than girls. The reason for these results may be found in physiologically – developmetal differences.
