Sažetak
Archaeogeophysical survey at the Roman fort site Ad Militare in Batina in 2010 was the first research of this kind conducted on what is today Croatian section of the limes. That research was conducted at the sections of the fort by the means of two different methods: geoelectrical resistivity method and ground penetrating radar method. The survey results of that northernmost limes site in Croatia inidicate to the first extensive building layouts whose military purpose is there determined beyond doubt (principia, barracks). The fort layout has been determined at no more than 2 ha, more than twice as small as previously assumed. The survey has been enabled by the World Heritage Center funds through the UNESCO Regional Bureau for Science and Culture in Europe, Venice and in accordance with the agreement made between the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Croatia and the Archaeological Museum Osijek.
