Sažetak
Since the end of 1998 Croatia has a new Air Traffic Act. At the time when this law was passed in the Parliament, Croatia was not a member of JAA. The Act itself represents only a basic framework for regulations of the aviation community since most of the regulations are to be issued by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, transportation and Communications. At this moment, some of the new set of JAR compliant regulations have been issued and this process is currently underway. The paper deals with some of the problems and consequences of these new regulations in practice, especially in the field of flight crew training process.
