Sažetak
Forecasts for the economic development in Croatia are showing that by the year 2010, despite some difficulties, information technology (IT) will be more largely used in conducting business within medium and large enterprises. Business processes will be managed via digital business communication system and forms, and that will become the standard in putting together business documents. The necessary support for that kind of work will be provided by contemporary hardware, highly developed software, as well as well developed business securityware. Good professional education becomes the core of the information system of a company because educated personnel use information technology (IT) strategically and not marginally.
